Washington DC - We acknowledge President Biden's decision to step down as the Democratic candidate for the President of the United States. Throughout his long and distinguished career, President Biden has been a tireless advocate for the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), demonstrating unwavering support for gender equality and women's rights. We want to thank President Biden for his public support for gender equality and the ERA.
Our commitment to advancing the ERA remains steadfast. We look forward to collaborating closely with President Biden and Vice President Harris during the remainder of his term to ensure that the Equal Rights Amendment is published and enshrined in our Constitution. People in our nation deserve a future where equality is guaranteed for all.

The ERA Coalition is a movement of movements, comprising over 300 partner organizations nationwide, and representing 80 million individuals.
