Wishing you a memorable 4th of July! As we all celebrate the founding of our great country--the idea of democracy and equality--we can take pride in the actions of so many in the interest of the Equal Rights Amendment.

This week girls and women were at the forefront of a major campaign. Amicus briefs signed by hundreds of prominent businesses, national and state organizations, and elected officials were filed, compelling the Archivist to publish the Equal Rights Amendment as the 28th amendment to the US Constitution.
