The ERA has been officially ratified since 2020 when Virginia became the 38th ratifying state. The only thing pending is its publication in the U.S. Constitution, which is the job of the U.S. Archivist.
We are trying different routes and strategies to clear the path for the 28th Amendment and for its publication.
